To ensure a seamless shopping experience, we offer a refund or exchange under the following conditions.
We provide refunds only in cases where the product arrives damaged. If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us within 2 days of delivery with a clear unboxing video as proof. Once we verify the issue, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
For any other reason—whether you are unsatisfied with the product or wish to explore other options—we offer an exchange within 2 days of delivery. You can exchange the product for another item of the same value or a higher-value item by paying the price difference. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact. An unboxing video is mandatory for all exchange requests. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability.
Important: No refund or exchange will be accepted if the product is returned to us without its original packaging.
