ISNA COUTURE is not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect address details, unavailability of the recipient, locked premises, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can only be canceled within 4 hours of placing the order by emailing us at contact@isnacouture.com with your order details.
Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We provide refunds only if the product arrives damaged. If you receive a damaged item:

Once we verify the issue, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
Exchange Policy
For any other reason—whether you are unsatisfied with the product or wish to explore other options—we offer an exchange within 2 days of delivery.
You can exchange the product for another item of the same value or a higher-value item by paying the price difference.
The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact.
A proper unboxing video is mandatory for all exchange requests.
Exchanges are subject to availability.
Important Notes
No refund or exchange will be accepted if the product is returned to us without its original packaging.
We will arrange a pickup for the return.
If the product is altered, used, or returned without a proper unboxing video, the return or exchange request will not be accepted.
Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders cannot be opened before payment, and on-the-spot returns at the time of delivery are not allowed.
